A realtor who has seen the foreclosed home that was once owned by Ryan Lochte’s parents tells RumorFix exclusively “The home is in a state of disrepair.”
The four bedroom, two and a half bath home is located in Port Orange, Florida in a small community called A Quiet Place in the Country. The Olympic swimmer’s parents reportedly did not pay their mortgage payments for two years.
The bank has taken over the house that could go for at least $2oo,ooo. “It needs a considerable amount of work,” our insider says, “The bank is going to get it fixed before they put it on sale.” There will be no public auction.
Folks who want to live in the home will get first crack at it — and if it doesn’t sell in 20 days, then people looking for an investment property will be able to bid on it.
