George Clooney made some refreshingly honest remarks in a recent Esquire magazine cover article about fellow A-listers Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.
The 52-year-old star recounted a story about playing basketball with Leo and his entourage and how their over the top attitude made him realize how ”important it is to have someone in your life to tell you what’s what. I’m not sure if Leo has someone like that.”
The Oscar winner has made a rare public clarification about that tale, and that it was in no way meant to be a slam on the 39-year-old actor. His rep Stan Rosenfield tells RumorFix “the Leo comments made by George were all made in fun about basketball. Not about Leo’s life. The writer and George were laughing about basketball buddies.”
