While Kanye West was making up with Jimmy Kimmel Wednesday night, he did the opposite with the paparazzi and famed attorney Gloria Allred is fuming.
Talking directing into the cameras of Jimmy Kimmel Live, he delivered this message to the photographers:
“We bring something of joy to the world. When people hear my music, they have a good time and I should be respected as such when I walk down the street. Don’t ask me a question about something you saw in the tabloids. Don’t try to antagonize me because you know what it’s not safe for you in this zoo. Never think that I’m not from Chicago for one second.”
Allred, who is representing photographer Daniel Ramos who got into a clash with Kanye at LAX in July, tells RumorFix, “Last night Mr. West made it clear that he thinks that he has the right to attack anyone that antagonizes him by asking him a question that he does not like. He thinks that paparazzi are fair game.”
She continued, “We have a message to you Mr. West in response. You will be held accountable for your actions both in the criminal justice system and in the civil justice system. Your remarks are shameful and add further insult to the injuries that you inflicted upon my client.”
Allred said Kanye brings “disgrace your profession” and “shame to your hometown of Chicago.”
