Word of Justin Bieber’s tour antics in Brazil just continues to get worse.
Now video has surfaced of one of his fan “meet and greets” where he did anything but. Bieber allegedly showed up three hours late for the event at which fans paid hundreds of dollars for the chance to meet their idol. Their phones, cameras and personal mobile devices were confiscated by his team but one fan managed to bring in a recording device and showed how shockingly impersonal the encounter turned out to be.
Sao Paolo fan Cristina Almeida posted video to youtube showing fans herded like cattle one by one for a few seconds posing next to the star while his staff took a photograph then they were literally shoved aside for the next fan to get their 3 second encounter with Justin by his security team. Clad in a yellow shirt and shades he posed next to the fans but didn’t converse with them and barely acknowledged their presence. This on top of being over two hours late to the event itself. All gifts and other items fans brought had to be left with security guards at the entrance to the event.
We hope Justin’s behavior improves, especially for someone who claims he’s all about his fans.
