The Mission of the Houston SPCA is to promote commitment to and respect for all animals and to free them from suffering, abuse, and exploitation.

For more than 88 years, the Houston SPCA has been an open door, a safe haven and defender for all animals.

Here are a few of the animals we have available for adoption

Cookie
Female
ID#317306

Cookie is a sweet, three-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who needs a patient, loving family to help her find her confidence. She can be timid at first, though she is loving and affectionate with people she knows. She has lived with kids and is gentle with them. She is mostly house trained, so she needs a person willing to give her the time and training so she can get it right! To learn how you can adopt Cookie go towww.HoustonSPCA.org.

Daffodil
Female
ID#319403

Daffodil is a one-year-old Domestic Shorthair who was found wandering lost by a kind Houstonian and brought to the Houston SPCA. She is a friendly, affectionate girl who loves to interact with people. She is litter box trained and ready to become a full-time pet. To learn how you can welcome Daffodil into your home go to www.HoustonSPCA.org.
