Lincoln Memorial project turns into nightmare

The National Parks Service has been working for two years now to make the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool reflective again, but an overabundance of growing algae has made the project more difficult and longer than expected. The renovation has cost $34 million so far, but officials are confident that they can get it under control with their new system.
