Loss of bridge leaves Missouri couple stranded at home

Two years ago, storms washed away a bridge in Ozark County, Missouri. The Bushners, the only residents at the end of the bridge, have been stranded since then. The only way to get to town is by driving their ATV up a steep bank if the water level is low enough. It takes them 30 minutes through the countryside to go 2 miles via car. According to the Ozark County times, the county says that it's the responsibility of the Army Corps of Engineers. The Army Corps says it's the county’s problem.
