Mother, 52, becomes surrogate for infertile daughter

A 52-year-old mother became a surrogate with her daughter's child after her daughter Emily had cervical cancer and was able to have children. After medical checks that deemed her healthy to be the surrogate, Cindy Jordan was able to bring her grandbaby to full term. Newsroom New Jersey reports a mother and daughter from Maine had the same experience less than a month ago. Cindy gave birth to Emily's child on Wednesday, August 29.
