Woman blames Xanax for attempting to run over husband
"Good Morning America" has surveillance video of Brenda White attempting to run over her then estranged husband. White went to trial this week, and claims she wasn't in her right mind due to a large amount of the drug Xanax. The Daily Mail reports White's attorneys claim she didn't intend to kill her ex-husband, and that she had taken a lot of medication the day of the attack. White faces charges of attempted murder and criminal mischief.
