Woman sues McDonalds for fight she started
She admitted to starting a fight in McDonalds... yet she is filing suit against the company. Myika Darbeau, filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court charging that the restaurant employee used “unnecessary, excessive and unlawful force” in the October 2011 incident.
