The pandemic has had an effect on Jon Bon Jovi’s songwriting.
Bon Jovi had an album “Bon Jovi 2020″ that was slated for release back on may 15th 2020.
The release didn’t happen, partly because the pandemic inspired a few new songs from Jon.
One of them, “Do What You Can” a song that Jon debuted for the “Jersey4Jersey” telethon on April 22nd 2020.
He performed the, then recently written song solo acoustic on the telethon.
Bon Jovi have given the song the full band treatment for the album.
