On June 4th 2021 we’ll get Billy F Gibbons third solo album “Hardware”.
On March 26th 2021 Billy released the first single from the album “West Coast Junkie”.
Gibbons first solo album “Perfectamundo” had an Afro-Cuban flavor.
His second solo album “The Big Bad Blues” focused on Billy’s life long love of the blues.
Billy says of his new album “Hardware”, “We holed up in the desert for a few weeks in the heat of the summer and that in itself was pretty intense. To let off steam we just ‘let it rock’ and that’s what Hardware is really all about. For the most part, it’s a raging rocker but always mindful of the desert’s implicit mystery.”
On April 16th 2021 Billy released the new single off “Hardware”, “Desert High”.
