A Los Angeles County judge ruled in a temporary order that Clarkson must give Brandon Blackstock $150,000 per month in spousal support and $45,601 monthly in child support, People reported.

Blackstock will receive approximately $2.4 million annually, the magazine reported.

Clarkson, 39, the host of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” shares two children with Blackstock: daughter River Rose Blackstock, 7; and son Remington Alexander Blackstock, 5. E! Online reported.

TMZ and People both obtained court documents that detailed the order, which also requires Clarkson to pay $1.25 million toward Brandon Blackstock’s attorney fees and costs for their ongoing divorce.

Attorneys for the former couple had no immediate comment, E! Online reported.

Clarkson filed for divorce in June 2020 after seven years of marriage, according to People. A Los Angeles County judge in November granted Clarkson primary physical custody of the children, the magazine reported.

Clarkson also filed papers earlier this month requesting that she be declared legally single, E! Online reported.

The Blast was the first outlet to report on Tuesday’s order.
